Umbria Jazz Winter
Since 1993 the winter edition of the renowned festival is held in Orvieto. The festival's main concerts take place in the town's historical buildings, such as the "Mancinelli" theatre, the "Emilio Greco" museum, Palazzo del Popolo and Palazzo dei Sette. The festival also includes a New Year's Eve celebration with jazz music and a unique atmosphere 24 hours a day. The final concert is amazing and exciting and usually carried out by a Gospel choir in the town's famous Duomo.
